Offshore Delivery Manager

Lead the implementation of an analytics solution for Valvoline's Global Products segment by extending the SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and establishing a foundational data framework to replicate data from SNAP and BPC sources. Design and deploy a System of Insights comprising four core use cases: executive dashboards, margin analytics, pricing/cost trending, and product line gross profit analysis. Coach internal resources on analytics methodology, visualization best practices, and design processes to foster agile delivery capabilities. Enable global standardization of metrics, consistent reporting across regions, and improved visibility of business health through visual artifacts such as heatmaps and drilldowns. This engagement supports the transition from DIY reporting to scalable analytics while adhering to a hub-and-spoke organizational structure.
