Job Summary
Offshore - Commission-Only Recruiter sources, engages, and places dental professionals for U.S. clients from a remote, commission-based role. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods; building and maintaining a candidate pipeline; coordinating interviews; negotiating offers; and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to meet hiring targets and maximize commission earnings. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, speed and efficiency in submissions, and a results-driven approach with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-volume staffing
