Offset Printer / Media Technologist (Print)

Set up and operate the printing press, preparing and reviewing orders while performing print approvals to ensure color accuracy. Mix inks and match colors based on specifications, monitor print quality and machine performance, and document production data. Maintain and service printing machines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures, and supervise or instruct machine operators as needed. Assist with troubleshooting, process adjustments, and material management including varnish and ink boxes. Perform measurements and production checks such as EAN codes, replacing team members when necessary. Work in shifts at a structured printing facility in Saxony with a focus on precision and production excellence.
