Offset Feeder Operator

Job Summary
Operate offset and direct image duplicating machines to support high-quality printing operations. Set up, adjust, and run duplicating equipment including cutters and plate-making machines. Perform semi-complex tasks that impact production quality, troubleshoot malfunctions to minimize downtime, and maintain equipment in safe condition. Collaborate with maintenance and other departments on projects, apply LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement in quality, cycle times, safety, and cost reduction. Requires reading and interpreting technical documentation, strong communication, and adherence to safety procedures; drug screening conducted after a conditional offer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and distinguish similarities and differences between words and numbers
- Strong basic communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer
