Develop a professional posture and technical skills for socioprofessional accompaniment through a three-month immersive training program. Master individual and collective coaching techniques, maintain a positive and proximate relationship with job seekers, and navigate the public policies and ecosystem of employment insertion. Engage in workshops, case studies, and practical simulations to refine your approach while building a network within the sector. The course leads to RNCP40606 certification and includes six months of post-training follow-up to support professional integration.
