Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions and introducing the loyalty program. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist the team and proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on building brand loyalty and representing company values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
