Job Summary
Senior Brand Ambassador (Part-time) responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in-store across AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details, driving loyalty program participation, and representing the brand with integrity. Must be able to flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience preferred; must be at least 18 years old. The role emphasizes building brand loyalty, applying the AEO Selling Model, and contributing to store contests and department goals, while adhering to company policies.
