Offline - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Conduct daily store operations as a Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity to drive key performance indicator results. Motivate and train associates while holding the team accountable to AEO service standards, ensuring guest readiness and brand compliance. Recruit and hire talent, provide real-time performance coaching, and execute visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves. Maintain asset protection and safety standards while representing company values and celebrating outstanding team performance.
