Job Summary
Lead retail store operations as Sales Leader, drive KPI results by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. Oversee daily store operations, train and motivate associates, recruit and develop talent, set and achieve performance goals, ensure visual and operational standards are maintained, and uphold store safety and asset protection. Demonstrate leadership to model AE/Aerie values, manage schedules and flexibility to align with guest shopping patterns, and contribute to a high-performing team focused on Guest First service and strong sales results.
