Leading store operations as a Senior Retail Sales Leader: drive KPI results through in-store guest experience, training and developing associates, maximizing Salesfloor and Fitting Room productivity, and ensuring brand standards. Manages daily operations as LOD (Leader on Duty), mentors and motivates a team, recruits and develops talent, maintains asset protection and safety standards, and upholds store policies while delivering an exceptional Guest First culture.
