Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet AEO Brand Visual Standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store "guest ready" and looking fresh. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in championing the guest experience while maintaining store safety standards and adhering to shrink-reducing strategies. Prioritize store readiness through effective training and clear communication. Flexible availability required for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
