Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring store areas from uppers to wardrobers meet AEO Brand Visual Standards. Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and visually fresh. Champion the guest experience through team collaboration, recognition, and adherence to safety and shrink-reducing policies. Maintain strict attention to detail while representing company values and bringing your authentic self to work. Flexible availability required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
