Job Summary
Experienced marketer oversees non-digital, non-click media channels (linear TV, CTV, radio, podcasts, direct mail) campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign lifecycle management, designing test-and-learn experiments, monitoring performance and profitability, building data-driven performance reports, and collaborating with Creative and Content teams to develop ad assets. Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (Marketing/Business/Communications or related), have 5–8 years of hands-on offline media planning/buying experience, and be proficient in offline measurement methodologies and CRM/GA tools. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing offline media channels (linear TV, CTV/OTT, radio, podcasts, direct mail)
- Strong analytical ability with experience in campaign measurement and optimization
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Analytics
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership
