Offline Marketing Lead

Job Summary
Lead offline marketing campaigns by planning and executing weekly activation events at high-footfall locations (residential complexes, corporate campuses, tech parks, community fairs, weekend markets). Independently negotiate entry permissions with RWAs, facility managers, HR teams, and event organizers; build and maintain a robust venue contacts database for recurring access. Develop relationships with local event aggregators and corporates to unlock opportunities. Drive lead generation through on-ground activities with structured data collection and timely CRM entry, then brief the inside sales team to maximize conversions. Manage vendor networks for printing, fabrication, standees, banners, and other event supplies; coordinate with design and ensure on-time delivery. Produce weekly reporting on events, footfall, leads, costs, and ROI; analyze performance to optimize formats, locations, and time slots; share insights with marketing to enhance messaging and collateral.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, field activations, BTL marketing, or experiential marketing.
