Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience and make their day better. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build brand loyalty. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and assisting your team to get the job done. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16 and prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
