Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policies and flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive customer retention. Assist teammates across all zones to ensure the job gets done. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak shopping times.

- You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest
- You do so with a 'friends first' mindset
- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- You can hang!

- You're always willing to assist your team
- You've got integrity!
- You do the right thing and you always adhere to AEO's policies & procedures
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
