Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience and make product suggestions. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie details while introducing the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones as needed to assist your team. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and store procedures. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays for guests.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
