Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions and introducing the loyalty program. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to resolve concerns proactively while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
