Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist with tasks while proactively resolving guest concerns. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing brand values with your authentic self. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
