Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while making personalized suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive brand loyalty. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support store operations. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and maintaining integrity. Assist teammates in getting the job done and represent company values by bringing your real self to work. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with guest shopping hours.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
