Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie product details while making tailored suggestions to fit their needs. Proactively resolve guest concerns and adhere to company policies while flexing between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive brand loyalty. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16 and prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
