Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to assist with tasks while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting the team with a "friends first" mindset and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
