Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to deliver personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty with a "friends first" mindset. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive customer retention. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
