Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist with tasks and resolve guest concerns proactively. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures while maintaining a "friends first" mindset and supporting your team. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
