Official Game Host

Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. They host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties, ensuring an outstanding game experience from arrival to departure. Required are a fun, outgoing personality, a passion for soccer, strong people skills, and good communication. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Shifts are scheduled weekly across weekday and weekend blocks in Orlando, with on-site presence to manage multiple games, cover no-shows, and report issues to Operations Management.
