Job Summary
Engineers: Responsible for instrumentation and electrical related tablet-plant maintenance of process and utility equipment; manage PLC upgrades/validation, calibration, and QMS document closure; prepare annual maintenance budget and ensure spares inventory; coordinate with QA, Production, and Purchase; lead investigations, incident reports, and document control; execute project work for system/equipment upgrades and ensure GMP documents are maintained; organize departmental training and ensure on-time maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- BE – Instrumentation & Electrical
- 5+ years experience in plant maintenance
- Experience with PLCs and PLC validation
- GMP/QMS documentation experience
- Calibration and preventive maintenance
- Cross-functional coordination (QA, Production, Purchase)
