Coordinate and monitor review activities for Batch Manufacturing Records, Equipment Cleaning Records, and GMP documents to ensure compliance before batch release in SAP HANA. Track and close deviations, Out of Specification events, investigations, and Change Controls while preparing Corrective and Preventive Actions. Lead participation in internal and external audits, validate equipment protocols, and conduct GMP walk rounds across manufacturing plants and laboratories. Prepare product quality reviews, annual summary reports for water and environmental monitoring, and manage certificate of analysis verification for dispatch activities.
