Job Summary
Security and Emergency Services Officer II responsible for patrolling the property, providing relief staffing at the gatehouse, responding to emergency and routine calls, enforcing traffic/parking regulations, coordinating with dispatch and EMS, completing detailed incident reports, and maintaining certifications as part of Erickson Senior Living’s Devonshire community. Requires proactive, vigilant, and detail-oriented approach with ability to respond to medical emergencies and utilize basic emergency interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
- Current Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification (higher level acceptable)
- AHCA Level 2 background screening including fingerprints prior to start
- Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred
