Officer / Senior Officer, Personal Banking Credit Risk (1-year Contract)

Conduct phone verification on credit applications in accordance with the Bank's credit policies and guidelines. Contact customers to confirm application details, follow up outstanding documents, or make clarifications as necessary. Prepare credit-related regular reports for review, including connected lending, credit bureau reports, and exposure checks. Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure deliverability and provide ad hoc support as assigned. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required, with knowledge of unsecured lending and credit regulations preferred. This 1-year contract role is based in Hong Kong.
