Job Summary
Implement and maintain safety and health programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct safety inspections, investigate accidents and incidents, and develop safety training programs. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and promote a safety-conscious culture through awareness campaigns and training initiatives. Work closely with various departments to prevent workplace hazards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, along with 3 years of experience. Preferred certifications include Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, or a related field
- 3 Years and above
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Ability to identify and assess workplace hazards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant safety certifications, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
