Job Summary
To conduct quality evaluations, audits, and assessments of business processes as well as monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify process gaps, risks, and areas for improvement and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to management and operational teams. To analyze quality trends and performance data to identify recurring issues and prepare and present quality reports, scorecards, and management information. To support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Required Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: NQF 5 (Higher Certificate)
- Field of Study: Short Term Insurance
- 5-7 years relevant service and/or sales experience (e.g., Short Term Insurance Sales or Claims / Branch or Contact Centre)
- 2 years experience in quality assurance
- Previous Customer Call Centre experience (is compulsory)
- Knowledge of Personal lines Insurance processes and systems
