Job Summary
Resilience Officer - Redi Communities supports communities to strengthen capacity to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies. The role focuses on building local connections, facilitating workshops and discussions to support community resilience initiatives, guiding communities through the RediCommunities process from engagement to action, and ensuring inclusive participation. The position requires experience in community development, emergency management, disaster resilience or related fields, and involves occasional intrastate travel and overnight stays. Four part-time roles across specific South Australian locations (Lucindale, Port Lincoln, Yankalilla, Mid Murray) with in-person work arrangements.
