Job Summary
Receive and validate customer instructions for financial and non-financial transactions via authorized bank channels, verifying documentation and handling special processing requirements. Capture transactions in the system, remit funds, and prioritize work based on risk severity to meet service level agreements. Perform daily reconciliation of processed transactions, manage suspense accounts, and maintain records in line with document management policies. Respond to customer queries, escalate outstanding issues, and ensure adherence to compliance, anti-money laundering, and quality management standards. Operate within budget constraints and support audit and risk recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a Business Commerce
- Computer knowledge and data entry skills
- 1-2 Years in business support and banking
