Oversee daily branch operations including tellering, cashiering, and ATM operations, ensuring prompt, compliant service aligned with bank policies and internal controls. Supervise the Marketing Section and assist the Branch Head in marketing the bank's products and services. Ensure secure cash handling, accurate vouching of transactions, adherence to service standards, and regulatory requirements. Support achievement of branch financial targets and coordinate movement within the covered area. On-site role at the Oriental Mindoro Naujan Branch with focus on delivering reliable customer service and maintaining operational integrity.
