Job Summary
Plans, coordinates, develops, and delivers training modules for Plant employees in operation/technical areas and manages training schedules to ensure delivery in line with standards. Verifies training effectiveness via surveys and interviews, monitors attendance and discipline, prepares technical training materials, updates trainee profiles, and ensures compliance with EGA EHSFS, ISO, and accreditation criteria (C&G and ILM). Produces progress reports and coordinates with management to verify training outcomes; contributes to content development and assessment criteria to meet departmental and external requirements (ISO 9001 and 29990).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High School or approved Diploma/Certificate +7 years of experience in relevant field
- UAE driving license for light vehicles, and light and heavy mechanical equipment (cat 7 or 8) according to field of expertise is preferable
- Relevant recognized certificate or other qualification in design and delivery of training
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years experience required with operational process
- Skills: Good technical training skills; English proficiency; coaching and leadership abilities
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in relevant field
- UAE driving license for light vehicles, and light and heavy mechanical equipment (cat 7 or 8)
