Job Summary
Processing and managing Corporate Action events for APAC Asset Services, including handling client queries and breaks, reconciliations, and adherence to procedures. Collaborates with Traders, stock loan counterparties, and external stakeholders to drive accurate execution and ongoing improvement. Requires problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, a risk-and-control mindset, and strong communication to support diverse clients and internal teams. Emphasis on delivering value through process improvements and participation in projects to evolve tools, technology, and ways of working in a fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education with a good academic track record
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Actions
- Strong knowledge of Corporate/Investment Banking within Prime Brokerage space preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and meet deadlines
- Independent and proactive worker with strong communication skills
