Job Summary
Oversee daily IT operations for the bank's infrastructure and applications, monitor and report on system performance, provide L2/L3 support to resolve issues within SLAs, perform database tuning and hygiene to optimize cost and performance, collaborate with Business Owner and Service Owner to forecast budgets, drive automation of IT operations, coordinate incident management and change requests, and ensure timely recovery of on-premises and cloud production environments. Requires university-degree in IT/electronics/telecommunications and at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure/application/service operation and monitoring in large organizations, preferably banks.
