Officer - Finance and Accounts

Job Summary
Accurate and timely site-level finance/accounting with MIS reporting to enable sound financial decisions. Manage site CAPEX/OPEX cost analysis, credit control for site receivables/payables, budgeting support, vendor invoice checks in Oracle, site-level month-end accounting (accruals, prepayments, journals, reconciliations), statutory compliance and internal controls, and inventory accuracy. Requires postgraduate finance education and 6-8 years of manufacturing accounting experience; knowledge of IGAAP and GST; strong communication skills in English (Hindi advantageous).
Required Qualifications
- Post graduate in Commerce / MBA-Finance
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process plant-based accounting environment with focus on costing
- Knowledge of IGAAP
- GST Laws
- Policy and Process Orientation
- Eye for detail to pick up variances for taking up corrective actions
- Application of Financial Planning Tools
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is advantageous
Desired Qualifications
