Implement and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) systems to ensure safe plant operations. Conduct hazard identification studies, risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, incident investigations, and Management of Change (MOC) evaluations. Monitor critical process safety parameters and ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and industry standards. Coordinate process safety audits, emergency preparedness activities, and employee safety training programs. Track and close process safety action items within agreed timelines while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
