Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team. Adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
