Job Summary
Process cash and transfer transactions, cheque clearing, and processing of instruments; handle new account openings and respond to customer service requests and inquiries (balances, statements, fees). Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies; escalate as needed. Requires 2-4 years banking experience; graduate preferably in Banking/Commerce; strong interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to build relationships, meet deadlines, and apply knowledge of internal/external regulations; solid computer literacy.
