Job Summary
Process cash transactions, transfer transactions and clearing of instruments; handle cheque processing including cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders and other instruments; process requests for new account openings either jointly with an officer or independently with specific authorization; respond to customer service requests and inquiries about account balances, transaction details, statements and fees/charges; address customer queries and grievances within defined timelines and escalate as required; requires 2-4 years of banking experience and a graduate in Banking/Commerce; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients; responsible and deadline-oriented; knowledge of internal and external regulations.
