Job Summary
Customer Service Officer within DBS Consumer Banking Group focused on processing and servicing banking transactions, account openings, and customer inquiries. Responsible for comply with regulations and bank policies, handling cash/transfer/cheque processing, and addressing customer queries and grievances with timely resolution. Requires 2-4 years banking experience, a graduate degree (preferred in Banking/Commerce), and strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and meet deadlines.
