Job Summary
The role involves processing banking transactions (cash, transfers, instrument clearing), handling cheque-related processing, processing new account openings (jointly or independently with authorization), and responding to customer service requests and inquiries. The candidate should have 2-4 years banking experience, a graduate-level education (preferably in Banking/Commerce), strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, meet deadlines, and knowledge of internal/external regulations; computer proficiency is required.
