Job Summary
Officer, Control Room responsible for monitoring CCTV and other non-gaming operational functions of the Surveillance Department to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, responding to suspicious or unlawful behavior, coordinating communications during emergencies, maintaining access systems and radios, training new officers, and performing administrative tasks and reports while upholding health, safety, and diversity policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year previous CCTV experience
- Experience with security access control systems
- Experience with Photo ID applications is favorable
