Job Summary
Officer Collection Services with French & Italian (m/f/d) supporting BASF in Germany. Manage a portfolio of customers in receivables, perform active reminders, document results in the system, handle disputes with sales and credit managers, execute post-dunning processes, and act as the main contact for external customers and company partners. Requires vocational training in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree/certification; ideally first professional experience in accounts receivable; SAP R/3 and MS Office proficiency; fluent in English and Italian and/or French; high customer orientation and strong communication skills. Offered with location-independent models and defined presence days in Berlin, flexible working hours, 30 days vacation, and potential bonus; gross annual salary 35,000–39,000 € depending on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- completed formal vocational training program in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree or certification
- ideally first professional experience in accounts receivable
- ideally knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3 as well as good knowledge of MS Office
- fluent in English as well as Italian and/ or French, additional European language skills are a plus
