Job Summary

Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects to secure six- and seven-figure gifts while driving annual revenue goals. Develop customized fundraising strategies, including the annual holiday campaign, and identify new business opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. Directly manage and mentor Business Partnerships team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to foster a high-performing fundraising culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sponsorship proposals and cause marketing campaigns that deepen corporate relationships and expand multi-year support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of corporate fundraising or business development experience
  • Proven track record of securing and growing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships
  • Experience leading or managing fundraising initiatives, including corporate campaigns, capacity-building efforts, and special events
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff, including junior team members and temporary employees
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing fundraising strategies that increase revenue through new business development, portfolio growth, and long-term corporate partnerships
  • Proven ability to identify, cultivate, solicit, negotiate, and steward corporate donors
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor communications
  • Experience developing fundraising plans, setting revenue goals, analyzing performance, and leveraging data to inform strategy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT or a comparable donor CRM
