Job Summary
Manage and support business initiatives including new product launches, control, and reporting. Drive solutions to automate and streamline operation workflows while improving operational control. Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting for MIS and regulatory requirements. Design and implement data analytical tools to enhance decision-making. Lead TMO fintech and transformation initiatives. This role requires a degree holder with at least two years in technology, control, and operations, preferably with Python, SQL, or Tableau skills. We seek candidates with sound knowledge of treasury, global markets, and middle office functions. Fresh graduates are welcome. Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technology, control and operations
- Sound knowledge of treasury and global markets products, not limited to Derivatives, FX/MM, Capital Markets and Securities
- Sound knowledge of Middle Office, Operational Risk, Front Office and Settlement functions
- Excellent analytical skill and logical sense
Desired Qualifications
- Science, Engineering or Data Analyst related
- Proficient in Python, Tableau, SQL or VBA
- Fresh graduates
