Officer, Building and Security

Job Summary
Oversee building and security operations across four sites for PTTEP facilities; lead MEP systems for building renovation, operation and maintenance; develop, review TORs and contracts for building management and security; source and analyze data for benchmarking and cost effectiveness; develop and update standards, procedures and systems; prepare work plans and budgets; drive ISO41001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 programs as a focal point to ensure compliance; provide space planning and technical guidance on issues; supervise and monitor SSHE-aligned operations across multiple sites (PTTEP H.O., PTTEP Technology and Innovation Center, PTTEP Rapid Scaled-Up Center, PTTEP Subsurface Research Center); manage special projects and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management
- Minimum 10-year experience in building and facility management
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills with strong project management and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge in Government Procurement and Supplies Management (advantage)
- Able to travel upcountry occasionally
