Job Summary
Lead relationship management for DBS Consumer Banking in the Yelahanka area by acquiring and upgrading high-AUM clients (AUM >= INR 1M), deepening wallet share through cross-sell and up-sell of banking products, and ensuring proactive client engagement, service excellence, and regulatory-compliant onboarding. Drive activation of digital channels, deliver end-to-end client service, coordinate with service/product teams, and maintain strong client trust across the local market while meeting monthly/annual volume and revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate(10+2+3)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed bank
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates would be an added advantage
- BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
